The low-gas consumption blast heat regeneration adsorption dryer belongs to the heating regeneration dryer. Its working principle is to use a blower to extract ambient air, and then regenerate the desiccant in the adsorption tower after heating, avoiding the gas loss of the micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer in the heating stage. The cold-blowing stage uses post-cooling instead of part of the finished gas, thus saving energy to the greatest extent. It is an adsorption dryer with the "energy saving and emission reduction" effect that conforms to my country's national policy. The regeneration energy consumption of the heating regeneration dryer has two forms, the first is the heat energy required to make the adsorbent reach the desorption temperature and vaporize the water, and the second is the gas used as a heat carrier and cooling medium. In the blast heating regeneration dryer, since the ambient air is used as the heat energy carrier, the compressed air consumption is greatly reduced.
The complete working process of the low-gas consumption blast heat regeneration adsorption dryer consists of four stages: adsorption, regeneration, cold blowing, and pressure equalization. The procedure of the low-gas-consumption blast heat regeneration adsorption dryer requires not only orderly switching of the action sequence of each valve but also control of the heating temperature. If the temperature is too low, the adsorbent cannot be desorbed; if the temperature is too high, the adsorbent is prone to deterioration.
